Image Mechanics is proud to announce a transition to a comprehensive Monthly Archive Service for our current and new clients starting February 1, 2010.   Due to increasing costs of media storage and the volume of shoots archived, Image Mechanics is now offering our open access Monthly Archive Service.

Since our inception in 2005, we have meticulously archived every shoot and have never lost an image. We archive with a proprietary offline system utilizing multiple hard drives, anti-shock and anti-static foam protection and quick database access. This service includes new shoots and continued archiving of your images in our facility as well as an off-site secured location.

New Shoots:

As always, all jobs captured through Image Mechanics will be archived for 90 days without a charge.  After 90 days, you can continue to access images in our archives for a nominal monthly fee. If you are currently storing images with us then the shoot will be added to your existing plan. If you choose not to continue with a monthly archiving plan then those images will only be available for 90 days prior to the shoot day.

Old Shoots:

Our Monthly Archive Service will be based on the size of your archives. If you currently have images in our archive and do not continue with our Monthly Archiving Service, then regular monthly access to your images will expire after February 15, 2010.

We are requesting to be notified by phone or email by February 1 if you prefer to be billed monthly for open access (starting February 1, 2010 and each month thereafter)

Monthly Archive Service Fee: (***change based on client values)

According to our records you currently have ****GB of images in our archives.  This falls within our Tier * pricing level. Your future monthly bill will be $*** per month.

Tier 1: $50   per month for 100GB

Tier 2: $100 per month for 500GB

Tier 3: $200 per month for 1TB

Tier 4: $400 per month for 2TB

Up to 25 images may be retrieved via download link per month or any amount via hard drive transfer. Clients may provide their own hard drive or purchase one from Image Mechanics for a nominal fee.  Please allow 24-48 hours for transfer or posting time.
